You must have one of these time slots before arrival, which includes arrival by season ticket holders.  Please purchase the correct ticket type as you will not be allowed entry with the wrong ticket.

All tickets are non-transferable, non-amendable and not for resale. Tickets purchased are only valid on the date printed on the ticket.

These tickets are only to be used by people who will be arriving at the park with a gift voucher (either for a monetary value, a season ticket or a day ticket) or have a valid season ticket.  If you purchase one of these tickets and do not arrive with one of the above with you on the day you will be refused entry in to the park.

Please note that one one set of free tickets may be purchased per transaction and we ask that you do not pre-book for multiple days but instead cancel your booking if you cannot make it.  Abuse of this free ticketing system by purchasing mutliple sessions which are not used may result in a penalty fee for repeat offenders.
